Lawns by Carlito’s mission is to provide professional lawn maintenance and superior customer service.
The husband and wife team, Carlito and Alysia Suarez take pride in a job well done and believe in treating the customer right. It is through a team approach that customers can get the quality services they are looking for and receive prompt communication all at the same time. As a small family business and they take pride in their work and treat customers with respect. This is how they earned Angie’s List Super Service Award 7 years in a row (2013- 2018)!
Carlito oversees the day to day operations at Lawns by Carlito and manages the trained team members. It is his attention to detail and hands-on approach within the company that sets us apart from the competition. His years of experience in landscaping and managing agriculture afford him a unique insight to allow him to manage healthy lawns and landscapes.
Alysia manages the office, answering phones, emails and meets with clients to provide estimates and consults. Together with Carlito schedules and turf plans are created and implemented to produce quality results and address any customer requests or concerns. Alysia's years of management experience within the service industry has helped to create systems to best meet the needs of the growing company. This division of tasks allows each co-owner to focus on their area of work and provide the highest level of service to their customers.
Lawns by Carlito has a NC Landscape Contractor License and is a proud member of the National Hispanic Landscape Alliance and North Carolina Nursery & Landscape Association. We have our NC pesticide applicator license and we are bonded and fully insured.
Lawns by Carlito's moto is to treat our clients like family and we won't sell services or treatments that we don't think will be beneficial.
